I am directed by Mr. Secretary llarcourt to inform you that, subject to your being passed by the Medical Adviser to this Department as being physically fit for service he proposes to select you for appoint- ment as s urse in the Hongkong, Medical Department with salary at the rate of £110 year rising after three years' service to £130 per annum.
